b) You are responsible for the cost of the delivery back to us. It is also your responsibility to see that they are received by us and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage and packing costs unless the goods are faulty.
c) Any free gifts or promotional offers received with the product(s) must also be returned.
d) Tuff Cover will refund the purchase price (excluding any courier/postal service charges) within a period of 10 working days from the date of the return if all of our requirements are met.

Canceling an Order

According to the EU Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you can cancel your order within seven (7) days from the date you receive your goods provided the following terms are taken into account:

a) To qualify, you are required to send a notice of cancellation to us in writing by e-mail or by post within the seven (7) day time period upon receipt of goods.
b) You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. This means that goods must be in fully re-saleable condition, in their original “as new” packaging, and undamaged in any way.
c) Tuff Cover reserves the right to make a 15% from total product cost restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion.
d) You are responsible for the cost of the delivery back to us. It is also your responsibility to see that they are received by us and not damaged in transit.
e) Please be aware that business to business transactions are not included under the EU Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
